Ordering Information and Policies
Methods of Payment

Payments can be made two ways: - Print out your shopping cart order and send with a check to my address which is listed on the Contacts page. -Pay with a credit card online through the secure Paypal connection linked to the shopping cart. You do not need to have a PayPal account already activated. -You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Illinois residents must pay 8.75% sales tax.
Shipping

Each order includes a shipping and handling fee. This applies to orders shipped within the continental U.S. Please contact me for other orders to determine shipping charges. All orders are shipped by U.S. Postal Service at First Class mail rate. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. There will be NO SHIPPING CHARGES for orders over $50.00.
Returns and Refunds

If you find that you are not satisfied with your Heart to Art purchases, you may return them for a full refund minus the shipping/handling charge. Products should be returned in their original condition and must be received within 30 days of the time that they are shipped to you.
Privacy

All information solicited from each customer will only be used to perform a business transaction with you. I request an email address so that I can correspond with you regarding your order, if necessary. Customer information is never shared with anyone and I do not send out unsolicited emails to market my products.
Use of Images
